To utilize the functionality and features of www.crowdfundingselect.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), you will need to register, as per the terms of our Privacy Policy. The registration process will request certain personal data, such as name, address, date of birth, CPF/CNPJ, phone number, email address, etc.

You must be 18 years or older and have full legal capacity to use the Site and its resources.

You may request deletion of your personal data you provide from CrowdFunding Select. (hereinafter referred to as the Company)’s records, through the Site.

Even after your deletion request, the data and information that are required to be maintained on record by law will remain with the Company, the owner of the Site.

While the Company is in possession of your information and data, the Company may give it to the authorities to cooperate in judicial investigations or proceedings, including for preparatory or protective reasons, when permitted by law.

Conduct

The Company offers the user a website that lets you browse its content, which will be hosted on the Company’s servers.

The website and the resources that are in it are intended for your personal use. By using the Site and all of its features, you should not:

• Disseminate illegal, offensive or violent information or violate the privacy of third parties;

• Violate third party intellectual property;

• Disseminate viruses or malicious computer code, files or programs designed to collect unauthorized data, interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Site, any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment in general (malware or spyware);

• Interfere with the Site’s architecture or resources in any form, not excluding media or technology;

• Disguise or hide the IP number (Internet Protocol) that identifies your Internet connection;

• Use any of the elements of the Site for commercial purposes, advertising or any other reason that does not represent the main purpose of the Site;

• Create or use more than one form of identification to use the Site, use identification of a third party, or allow others to use your identification.

The Company may prevent you from using the Site or any of its resources if, according to the Company’s understanding, you breach any of the conditions of these Terms. The Company will inform you of the suspension of your use of the Site.

Licensing of content and intellectual property

By submitting any information to the Site, including text, accounting data, comments, documents, photos, illustrations, videos, audio files and other materials, you agree to authorize the nonexclusive, perpetual, global and free use of such content and information for the Company, through the Site or its resources.

You also authorize the publication, reproduction, transmission, retransmission, distribution, public communication, editing, adaptation and other transformations, translation into any language, including in any other words, by the use of any technology, display, database inclusion and any other existing methods of use or that may be invented in the future in any media existing or that may be invented in the future, information and content sent without time limit, geographical restrictions or curbs on the number of uses.

Any omission of information provided does not impose a limitation on the use of the material provided to the Company.

If you do not agree with the above authorizations, or do not have the necessary rights to give such authorization in relation to content provided, you should not send the content to us.

You should only send original materials to the Site. All copyrights on the material submitted by you remain yours.

The Company has no obligation to use your content but retains the right to use it, even if this right is not exercised by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration and availability of the Site.
